He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland, Sr. McIntosh and Wanda McIntosh; his son Jason McIntosh; his grandparents, James Elliot and Marie McIntosh; and his children, Joshua and Erica McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Erik McIntosh (Vi), Latasha Hope and Rachel McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Titus Manson, Jacobi Hope, Ryker Manson and Yuki McIntosh; and his siblings, Sheri McIntosh, Audrei McIntosh and Charles McIntosh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bellevue Memorial (2202 Hancock St, Bellevue, NE 68005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at the Bellevue Cemetery (1303 Lord Blvd, Bellevue, NE 68005).
