He was predeceased by: his father William. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle; his daughters, Emilie, Amber and Crystal; and his siblings, Linda (Dave), Lisa (Mike) and Luke (Lori). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
