She was predeceased by : her husband Henry "Hank" Munch, Jr.; and her son-in-law Steve Kouba. She is survived by : her children, Michael Munch (Joli), Patrick Munch (Connie), Susan Baldwin (Bill), Thomas Munch (Kathy), Christine Kouba and Joseph Munch (Julia); and her brother Jerome Svoboda. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
