He is survived by: his wife Marlyn Balany; his children, Wendell Vincent Jr. of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Gary Lee Vincent of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Gordon Vincent (Colleen) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Kristopher Vincent of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Angela Vincent of Council Bluffs, Iowa, James Bascue of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Mark Vincent of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and his sisters, Arbutus Walker of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Crystal Brashears of Council Bluffs, Iowa. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
