He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Wally" Smith and Marge Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Michael and Daniel; and his siblings, Jim "Skinny" Smith (Rita), Mary Helen Mohr (John) and Chris Rhoades (Don). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
