He was predeceased by: his parents, Elva Spale (Fajman) and James Spale; and his children, Scott and Jami. He is survived by: his wife Janet Spale of Bellwood, NE; his children, Shelly Spale Cutler (Todd) of Omaha, NE and Jason Spale of Omaha, NE; and his sister Rosemary Schwartz (Allen) of Norfolk, NE. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
