He was predeceased by : his parents, Vester Pursley and Marjorie Pursley; his wife Charlene Ann Nordhausen; his siblings, James, Jack Horton (Faye), Bill Horton (Helen), Anita Mundt (Eugene) and Jean Nippert (Roy); his siblings-in-law, Robert Higgins and Elvera Mullanix (Jim); and his great grandchild Anika Upton.
He is survived by : his sister-in-law Donna Gockley (Dennis) of Wauneta, NE.; his children, Rebecca Erickson (Steven) of Omaha, NE, Chris Pursley (Annie), Michael Pursley and Teresa Swoopes (Stephen); his grandchildren, Ruthanne Erickson of Thornton, CO, Carl Erickson, Caleb Pursley (Michelle), Andrew Pursley (Meghann), Adrianne Lewandowski (Ben), Zachariah Pursley (Boston), Alexandra, Ambrosia Pursley, Abbie Siemers (Ron), Eleanor Upton and Levi Upton (Jessica); his stepgranddaughters, Brittney Swoopes of Omaha, NE and Kelsey Swoopes; his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Sage, River Erickson, Dietrich, Austin Pursley, Ashlynn, Isaiah Pursley, Jocelyn, Rhett Siemers, Amelia and Madelyn Lewandowski; and his stepgrandchildren, Jordyn, Jeriah and Andre. He is also survived by 4 children: two daughters & 2 sons.
