David McMurphy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, at the age of 60, David McMurphy in Bennington, Nebraska, born in Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. McMurphy; and his brothers, Jeff McMurphy and Jerry McMurphy. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly McMurphy; his sons, Robert McMurphy (Kiley) and Shane Haley (Allie); his mother Caroline McMurphy; and his grandson RJ Awender. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 4330 Leavenworth St, Omaha, NE 68105.
