He is survived by : his wife Vickie Ann Birk; his children, Caitlin Birk and Jacob Birk; his parents, Jerry Birk Sr. and Berneice Birk; his siblings, Guy Birk and Teresa O'Donnell (Timothy); his nieces, Jessica Henry (Derek), Page Myre (Joshua) and Hope Gubbels (Ben); and his nephew Tyler O'Donnell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, great nephew, and many friends.
