He is survived by: his wife Ramona Pendleton; his son Richard Pendleton; his daughter-in-law Darlene Pendleton of Bladen, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Deney, Victor and Ricky; William "Bill" Pendleton of North Dakota and Ramona Marie of Idaho.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the East Lawn Cemetery (829Y Road S, Bladen, NE 68928).
