He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Carnes and Delores Carnes (Ficken); and his brother Allen Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Christy Carnes; his children, Brenda Breuer and Shawn Fraser; his grandchildren, Rhett Fraser, Greyson Fraser, Gage Fraser and Chelsea Petty; his brother David Carnes; and his brother-in-law Mark Easley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
