He was predeceased by : his parent Barbara Chamberlin; and his grandparents, Elmer and Florence Kronberg. He is survived by : his wife Angela Mantell; his children, Shawn Chamberlin (Keri), Bridgette Chamberlin and Gina Nay (Eric); his grandchildren, Landen, Presley, Paisley and Jack; and his siblings, Mike, Debbie, Pam and Lana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
