She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletes Blackburn and Mabel Blackburn (White); her former husband Warren Stambaugh; her husband Charles Arnold; and her son Rodney Stambaugh.
She is survived by: her children, DaOnda Elliott, Rex Stambaugh (Becca), Charles Dee Arnold (Laura), Stacy Stambaugh and Andy Arnold (Regina). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, 4 brothers, and 1 sister.
Memorials may be made to the Blair Church of Christ in Janiece's honor.
