He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his daughter Allie Wulf (Matt); his grandchildren, Huntley, Leighton and Merrick Wulf of Blair, NE; his daughter Andrea Swensen of Omaha; his grandsons, Zak and Hunter Erickson; his son David Amitai (California); and his siblings, Craig Swensen (Debbie) of Utah, GayLinn Bradshaw (Joe) of Utah and Kirk Swensen of Idaho.
