He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Joseph and Hermine Marie Kubie (Ollerman); his wife Mary Jo; and his siblings, Reynold Kubie (Patty), Vivienne Warrick (Hap), Lawrence Kubie, Meredith Kubie, Harriett Ollerman and Eunice Kubie.
He is survived by: his children, Scott (Cherie) and Kris (Glen); his grandchildren, Raef and Ross; and his sister Isabelle (Gene Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Home (444 S 17th St, Blair, NE 68008). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (1656 Colfax St #2024, Blair, NE 68008).
