With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Brahatcek of Blair, Nebraska, born in Saint Paul, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Brahatcek and Darlene Brahatcek (Ross); and his brother David Brahatcek. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Brahatcek of Mark's Lutheran Church; his children, Connor of Grand Island, Colin Brahatcek of Grand Island, Jennifer Bruning (Ben) of Arlington, Anna Brahatcek (Raymond James) of Blair and Raquel Kelly (Shawn) of Fremont; and his sister Dianne Lindholm (Reg) of Oldsmar, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to the Lied Transplant Center at UNMC in Omaha, where Bob received a liver transplant in 2024.
