It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald E. Harvey in Blair, Nebraska, born in Missouri Valley, Iowa, who passed away on May 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Harvey and Shirley Harvey (Dooley); his sister Regina Oltmanns; and his sister-in-law Kay Harvey. He is survived by : his sisters, Maxine Stier (Jim), Martha Peasley (Steven), Myrna Dozier (Richard), Ramona Sell (Terry) and Waunetta Lynch (Brian); and his brother-in-law Alan Oltmanns. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & friends.
