As Roy departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Roy. Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sr. Garner and Ruth Garner; his wife Vicki D Garner; and his siblings, Jack Garner, Donnie Garner, Leola Reynoldson and Bobbie Gentrup.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Scot Garner, Bradley Alan Garner (Jean) and Kristi Marie (Frank "Bill" Jacobs); his grandchildren, Alyssa Garner and Madison Garner; and his sister Patricia Jones.
