It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Schneider of Bloomfield, Nebraska, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Schneider and Mathilda Schneider (Engelmeyer); and his brothers, Richard Schneider and Paul LaVaun. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hilfiker; his children, Kathleen Hoile (Bill) of Norfolk, Kevin Schneider (Ellen) of Durango, Loren Schneider of Lincoln and Leslie Schneider (Brenda) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Steven, Lisa, Jennifer, Stacey, Brandon, Nicholas, Chelsea and Logan; his sisters, Dorothy DeLaRoi of Sioux City and Delores Nelson of Norfolk; his sister-in-law Bernice Schneider of Bloomfield; and his close friend John. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
