She was predeceased by: her sons, Raymond and Johnny; her parents, Raymond E. Boyce and Goldie Boyce Kellie (Woods); her stepfather Chet Kellie; her siblings, Raymond L. Boyce, Sharon Helget and Wanda Kellie-Just (Lawrence Just); and her parents-in-law, George and Hazel Mewes.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Mewes of Blue Springs; her children, Randy Mewes (Vesta) of Sterling and Ronda Mewes of Blue Springs; and her brother-in-law Bob Helget. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
