He is survived by: his wife Valerie Hazen (Little); his children, Danyle Smith (Stacy) of Shubert and Chris Hazen (Heather) of Tecumseh; his grandchildren, Makayla DeHaan (Quentin Xayaphonesongkham) of Wilber, Austin Smith, Christopher, Prezleigh Hazen, Rachel Hazen of Ozark, MO, Alexis Thies and Treven Thies (Addy Hestermann); his great grandchildren, Kysen, Kohen, Kashton Xayaphonesongkham Amelia, Randal Grimes and Layklyn Thies; his siblings, Debbie Barnhart (Tom), Dawn Trimmer of Plattsmouth and Marvin Hazen; his brother-in-law Art Weldon; his sisters, Vesta (Randy Mewes), Tracy (Bob Rhine) and Colette Little; and his mother-in-law Rose Little. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
