With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janice Schell (Blue Springs, Nebraska), born in Campbell, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Johnson and Oveline Johnson (Roy); her parents-in-law, Everett "Bud" and Phyllis Schell; her siblings, Haldine Johnson, Don Johnson and Marjorie Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Rosalie Tegtmeier (Dick) and Verne Rogge; and her nephew Jerry Osler.
She is survived by: her husband John Schell; her children, Jon Eric Schell of Wymore, Jodi Brees (Lute) of Seward and Jolene Sitorius (Richard) of Brady, NE; her grandchildren, JW Schell, Jentry Schell (Nate Boyd), Jazlyn Schell, Quade Brees, Mika Taylor (Josh), Davon Brees (Jordyn), Grace Brees, Kaylee McConnell (Ryan), Dalton Sitorius and Stefanie Sitorius; her great grandchildren, Paidyn Taylor, Maddyn Brees, Presley Taylor and McConnell; her siblings, Dale Johnson (Ardyce) and Audrey Christensen (Robert); and her sisters-in-law, Lyra Johnson, Sandra Johnson and Bonnie Griffith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital in Omaha for Cancer treatment and research and the Blue Springs Methodist Church with the funeral home in charge.
