With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Douglas Preslicka of Bradshaw, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Preslicka and Margaret Preslicka (Grimm); his brothers, Melvin and Ervin; his granddaughter Natasha; and his stepfather Ted Fuehrer.
He is survived by: his wife Electa Faye Briggs of Bradshaw; his children, Brent Preslicka of Missouri City, TX, Jason Preslicka of DeWitt, NE, Elisa Todd (Douglas) of York, NE and Rita Hoffman (Erik) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Kyle Preslicka (Cheyenne) of Martell, NE, Katlyn Johnson (Brian) of Germany, Cooper Todd (Megan) of Fremont, NE, Daulton Todd of York, Christa Todd of York, Devin Todd of York, Esme Hoffman of Lincoln and Remi Hoffman of Lincoln; and his siblings, Rosalie Kielian of Sydney, NE, Earl Fuehrer (Linda) of Benedict, NE, Dave Preslicka (Shirley) of Sydney, Stephen Preslicka of Sydney and Twila Fuller of Henderson, NE.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bradshaw United Methodist Church (150 W Fulton St, Bradshaw, NE 68319).
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
