With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Carpenter of Broken Bow, Nebraska, born in Ansley, Nebraska, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lemuel Parker and Alma Parker (Landes); her husband Cleon "Carp" Carpenter; her sisters, Ruby Reno, Wanda Schmidt and Bonnie Jean Parker; and her grandsons, Zack Speer, Jessie Speer and Markus Hohenreiter.
She is survived by : her former life partner Carl Speer, Jr.; her children, Carl Keith Speer (Sherry) of Gibbon, Deborah Dodge (Mike) of North Dakota, Daniel Speer (Jennifer) of Broken Bow, Angie Martinez of Colorado and William Speer of Broken Bow; and her siblings, David Parker, Doris Jones and Leland "Corky" Parker.
