He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Denesia and Mary Denesia (Collins); his daughter Lucille; his wife Lucille Derrickson (McCarty); his son James; his stepson Dennis Derrickson; and his son-in-law Darrell Carlson (Angenette).
He is survived by: his children, Linda Carlson, Mary Sickler (John), Susan McCrory (Mike), Lincoln, David, Judy Denesia (Phil Sauser) and Pat (Becky). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephew, and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Joseph's Catholic Church or the Knights of Columbus.
