With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gene French of Broken Bow, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Cooper and Esther Parnell French (Wiggins); his wife Wilma Larson; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his children, Karen Minne (Mark), Lynn (Laurie) and Carl (Toni); his grandchildren, Sheena (Lowell), Nikki (Derrick), Leah (Luke), Levi, Spencer, Jamie (Brennen), Austin (Brooke) and Justin (Jory); his great grandchildren, Madden, Cash, Rawlins, Rowan, Grant, Garrett, Declan, Isla Ree, Rhyannon, Moxon, Raygan, Brigston, Bexley, Renn, Brynn and Hattie; and his sister Alice Urbach of Denton, NE..
