It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Anson (Broken Bow, Nebraska), who passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Anson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Anson and Phyllis Anson (Sukup); and his brother-in-law Fred Thelander. He is survived by: his children, Darrin (Tami Anson) of Longmont and Beckie (John Uelmen) of Kearney, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Holly, Abigail, Lucas Anson, Kade, Whitney and Blake Uelmen; his sisters, Janet (Roger Banks) and Connie Thelander; and his close friend Beverly Schwisow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Gerald D. Anson Memorial Fund (details will be provided later).
