He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd, Gladys Westling, Tony and Eleanor Chytka; and his aunts and uncles, Patricia, Claire, Vickie, Tommy, Buddy, Tony and Bob.
He is survived by: his parents, Jon Westling and Delores "Kit" Westling (Chytka); his uncle Ron; his aunt Cheri Chytka; his sister Kay Lynn Whalen (Daniel); his niece Jillian Whalen; and his nephew Luke Whalen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Custer County Foundation.
