She was predeceased by : her parents, Lleullen Hanneman and Rachel Hanneman (Kahler); and her husband Rex May. She is survived by : her son Richard May (Kathy); her grandchildren, Cory, Lisa Bowen (Marcus) and Rochelle Denzin (Jay); her son Leonard May (Sue); her grandsons, Tim (Matt Sittel), Andy (Lauren) and Joseph; her son Melvin May (Bev); and her grandson Matthew. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Evangelical Free Church of Broken Bow, Homeward Trails, or the Arnold Baptist Church.
