She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred E. McCullough; her parents, Harold R. Day and Mabel Day (Keyser); and her siblings, Jack, Norman Day and Jeanne Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia (Stuart), Cathy (Kent) and Kaye (Mike); her sisters, Susan Underhill and Sarah Jane Graham; her grandchildren, Ben Cooksley (Jilleen), Jennifer Beel (Frank), Tara McCurry (Craig), Miles Cooksley (Dessa), Seth Cooksley (Makenna), Jason Larson (Melissa), Nathan Larson, Zachary Larson (Ashley), Megan Mitchell (Aaron), Tanner Myers (Tara), Morgan Hinman (Abe), Trevor Myers, Hunter Myers (Leslie) and Ky Myers; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Cooksley, Claire Cooksley, Colin Cooksley, Moriah Beel, CeeAnna Beel, Katrina Beel, Lily Beel, Cadyn McCurry, Grace McCurry, Jaxson McCurry, Connor Cooksley, Carson Cooksley, Mason Cooksley, Maddox Cooksley, Mila Cooksley, Cora Cooksley, Isaac Larson, Matthew Larson, Carter Larson, William Larson, Isabella Larson, Zayden Larson, Easton Larson, Azlyn Larson, Adalyn, Maren Mitchell, Alexa Myers, Olivia, Rosalynn Myers and Palynn Hinman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
