He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baxter and Irma Baxter (Fetters); his wife Linda Meston; and his siblings, Billy, Charles and Kathy.
He is survived by: his son Bobby Baxter of Broken Bow; his grandchildren, Tina Baxter, Jaxon Baxter, Allison Baxter and Kadan Baxter; his great grandchildren, Rowan McNees, Millie Robertson and Jasper Robertson; and his siblings, Bob Baxter of Broken Bow, Rod Baxter (BJ) of Broken Bow and Mary Lee Tumbarello of Arizona. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
