He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Denney and Mildred Denney (Cornell); his wife Emma M. Hamilton; and his siblings, Harriet Bryan and Douglas Denney.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Gentry (Shawn Jaeger) of Greeley, CO, Shawn Denney (Rebekah) of Callaway, NE and Seth Denney (Tania) of Mount Ayr, IA; and his grandchildren, Ben Denney, Jake Denney, Sam Denney, Devyn Denney, Joe Denney, Ashly Denney, Annah Denney, Ellah Denney and Jonathan Denney.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (305 N 6th St, Loup City, NE 68853, United States). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church in Loup City.
