He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mills and Bertha Mills; his brothers, Harry, Dana and Ted; and his brothers-in-law, Lorell Brown and Gene Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Farrand (John), Jim Hartman and Shelly Amsberry (Gary); his wife Marvel Brown; his siblings, Sylvia Happold and Paul Mills; and his sisters-in-law, Ardyth Mills, Elaine Mills, Betty Church (Chuck) and Leona Williams (Gene). He is also survived by three children; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Custer County Foundation in support of the Mills-Hartman Scholarship and the Westerville Cemetery.
