The memory of Hazel Crandell of Brule, Nebraska, who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Roland Robinson and Virginia Bessie Robinson (Williams); her husband Robert Lee Crandell Sr.; her siblings, Rhetta Crandell, Patti Butraw, Richard Robinson, Bernie Robinson, Rhett Robinson, Margaret Coy and Theresa Maire; and her grandchildren, Genevieve and Skylar.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Aufdengarten (Kyle), Richard Crandell (Rickie), Rebecca Crandell, Beverly Rocha (Bobby), Robert Crandell Jr. (Shari) and Stanley Crandell (Max); and her grandchildren, Joe (Ann), Kaelyn (Cody), Jeff, Jennifer (Randall), Dylan, Jessica (Marco), Caralynn, Oliver, Sammantha (Roger), Michael, Kim, Anthony, Christina, Gracie, Ethan, Joselyn, Jeremiah, Sierra and Brendon. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; along with a brother and sisters, and siblings-in-laws.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (417 E 3rd St, Ogallala, NE 69153). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in her memory for later designation.
