He is survived by: his parents, Steve Hoover and Patty Hoover (Phelan) of Brule; his wife Mandy; his daughters, Saffron and Heather of Brule; his mother-in-law Kandy Adams of Ogallala; his brother Ryan Hoover of Big Springs; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Wheeler-Harsh (Ben) of Lansing, MI, Melynda Boyce (William) of Arlington, VA and Sarah Vargas (Michael) of Columbus, OH; his grandparents, Mary Phelan of Big Springs, Roger, Shirley Rankin and Huberta Adams of Ogallala; and his aunts and uncles, Kenton Hoover of Brule, Perry Phelan (Donna) of Big Springs, Chad Adams (Barbara) of Ogallala, Penny Haugh (Jim) of Grand Island, Peggy Dehning of Big Springs, Paula "Jodi" Alexander (Tim) of Cheyenne, WY, Melanie Washa (Dave) of Ogallala, Laurie Hovendick (Kirk) of Lincoln and Margaret Hesse (Jim) of Haymarket, VA. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Brule Volunteer Fire Department or the South Platte Schools Industrial Arts Department.
