She is survived by: her husband Rodney Hoffman; her sister Helga O'Brien (Mike); her mother-in-law Phyllis Hoffman; her sons, Swen Hoffman (Andrea) and Neal Hoffman; her granddaughters, Maiya and Olivia Hoffman; and her siblings-in-law, Byford Hoffman (Paula), Max Hoffman and Marcia Riesselman. She is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
