He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzel Carper and Ferne Carper (Cameron); and his sister Sharron Wilken. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Carper and Brent Carper; and his siblings, Jerry Carper, Robert Carper (Lori), Michael Carper (Jennifer) and Teresa Goracke (Don). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
