He was predeceased by : his parents, Keith K. Blauvelt and Barbara Blauvelt (Drake); his sister-in-law Maxyne Blauvelt; and his nephews, Randy Dean Blauvelt, Steven Petersen and Nick Petersen.
He is survived by : his siblings, LaDean McGonigle (Dale) of Milford, NE and Marvin Blauvelt of Thedford, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
