He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Morris and Dale. He is survived by: his children, Cody Allen, Jeri Jo, Bobbi Jo and Sara Nicole; his wife Denise Renae Kulhavy; his pets, Missy and Burbon; his grandchildren, Harleigh, Alizae, Broghan, Ethan, Blake, Brittyn, CoyLane, Lilyana, KyeLynn, Haydenn, Owen, Hudsynn, Zuri and Alana; his stepgrandchildren, Adrianna, Josie, Kaydenn and Haylee; and his brothers, Kevin and Randy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial account has been set up at Nebraska Bank in Atkinson, Nebraska for future designation.
