It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Plejdrup Sr. of Cairo, Nebraska, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jens Plejdrup and Helen Plejdrup (Layher); his brothers, Lloyd and Dale; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Sebesta, Darlene Boroff and Jim Boroff.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Harold Jr. Plejdrup (Holly), Barbara Robertson (Terry) and Deborah Lemburg (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Joan Sebesta and Fred Eickhoff (Deb); and his stepsister Carrie Powers (Larry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church (503 W Medina St, Cairo, NE 68824). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
