It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Harsh (Cambridge, Nebraska), born in Genoa, Nebraska, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip A. Stec and Anna Stec (Westerman); and her parents-in-law, Lester, Elizabeth Harsh and Travis Harsh.
She is survived by: her former husband Howard Kester, Jr.; her children, Kipp, Kari, Kirby Kester, Doug, Don, Dan, Dennis, Diana, Del and Sherry; and her husband Del Harsh. She is also survived by her eight children; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a large extended family and countless friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Community Church (620 Penn St, Cambridge, NE 69022).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sherry's name are suggested to the Salvation Army or to the Alzheimer's Association.
