He was predeceased by: his father James Dean; and his sister Sheila Allen. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis L. Waymire (Harvey); his daughter Jasmine; his sisters, Tracy Zentner (George Boesch), Cyndi Greger (Scott) of Cedar Rapids and Cheryl Ransdell (Duane) of Columbus; and his aunt Evelyne Wassili of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as close friends.
Allen gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
