She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Conger and Opal Conger (Funkhauser); her husband Ronald August Belitz; her granddaughters, Kelsey Belitz and Summer Simon; her brothers-in-law, Bob Fowler and Ron Ingram; and her brothers, Dean (Lillian Trosper) and Elmer (Lois Belitz).
She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Darla Belitz) and Brian (Patty Belitz); her siblings, Donna Fowler, Sharon Ingram of Omaha, NE and Jack (Donna Conger); her grandchildren, Christina Berney (David) of Wolbach, NE, Robert Belitz of Aurora, NE, Alyssa Mounivong (Anavin) of Omaha, NE and Tanner Belitz of Archer, NE; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Serenity and Cooper Berney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
