Ronald A. Hawthorne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald A. Hawthorne of Central City, Nebraska, born in Fullerton, Nebraska, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel F. Hawthorne and Eunice V. Hawthorne (Good); his wife Jeanette J. Peters; his grandson Samuel Hawthorne; his great grandchild Hunter Hawthorne; his siblings, Richard Hawthorne and Shirley Cattau; his siblings-in-law, Pat Hawthorne and Dick Dabney; his parents-in-law, Walter and Florence Peters; and his brother-in-law Butch Peters.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom of Central City, Scott of Central City, Hanna Hawthorne of Central City, Deb Hawthorne of Central City and Dave Hawthorne of St. Libory; his grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Matt (Bobbi), Annie, Jon (Brooke) and Joe; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hayes, Jaxon, Jameson, Raelyn, Brynlee and Nash; his siblings, Bob Hawthorne of Columbus and Sharon Dabney of Wichita, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Cattau of Creston and Velda Peters of St. Paul. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
All CDC guidelines will be followed in regards to social distancing and face masks will be required for both the visitation and funeral.
The family requests, that in lieu of flowers and plants, that memorials be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ron's name.
