He is survived by : his wife Pam Connick; his daughters, Jennifer Connick, Jessica Connick and Ashley Cushman; his son-in-law Brandon Morton; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Stevie Jean Cushman, Brayden and Sadie Morton; his siblings, Nancy Nelson (Wes), Susan Epp (Tom), Elizabeth Hamilton (Brad), Karen Van Dyke (Stacy) and Kevin Connick (Lori); his aunts, Francis Prewitt and Shirley Thompson; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Connick, Linda Connick and Vicki Connick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
