We are sad to announce that, on April 10, 2026, at the age of 84, Barb Heckman (Chadron, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barb shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barb farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Heckman; her sons, Rocky Lynn (Stefani) of Canberra and Robby (Patty) of Crawford Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Elyssia, Kieralli Heckman and Adric Dodd. She is also survived by cousins, 2 nieces and 2 nephews, several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
