He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Troy Kuxhaus (Amie), Todd Kuxhaus (Anna) and Terry Kuxhaus (Carie); his grandchildren, Levi Munyon (Lisa), Kevin Kuxhaus (Shae), Colin Kuxhaus (Tania), Matthew Kuxhaus (Veronica), Kenzie Kuxhaus and Adisyn Kuxhaus; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Finlee, Melanie, Zayl, Carter, Turner, Wittyn, Easton, Kolby and RaeLynn; and his sisters, Dorothy Hicks, Betty Plowe and Donna Harrington (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
