We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 85, Dick Chizek of Chadron, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Chizek and Marvel Chizek; his wife Sandi; and his daughter Brenda. He is survived by : his daughter Cynthia Marie Booker of Barstow, CA; and his brother Don Chizek of Selina, OH.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
