It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Wallace in Chadron, Nebraska, born in Merna, Nebraska, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles F. Riggs and Marcia L. Haught Riggs; and her husband Jerald C. Wallace. She is survived by : her siblings, Jo Ann Nesiba of North Platte, Robert Riggs of Omaha and Charles Riggs of Tallahassee Florida; and her children, Gregory Zeigler (Bonnie Wynn) of Crawford, Ryan Zeigler of Livingston Texas and Gina McCracken (Michael) of Alliance. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
