She was predeceased by: her husband Lyle Horn; her parents, Ed Serbousek and Marlene Russell; her siblings, Roseann Scherbarth, Natalie Fernau and Troy Serbousek; her grandson Jayden Gunter; her great grandchild River Gunter; and her nephews, Michael Fernau and Cody Rugge.
She is survived by: her daughter Cory; her son-in-law DeWayne; her niece Amy Scherbarth; her nephew Anton Scherbarth (Holly); her great-nephew Justin (Stephanie); her siblings, Shaeleen (Darrin), Tony Serbousek and Russell Serbousek; and her brother-in-law James Scherbarth.
Nicolette's family honors her life and requests that those who wish to remember her consider donations to the Circle of Light, a cause very dear to her heart.
